About the role
You will lead design and delivery across modern web stacks—partnering with stakeholders to turn priorities into shippable increments. We value pragmatic architecture, observability, and clean handover to client teams.
You may mentor engineers, participate in hiring conversations, and help raise code quality and release discipline across the engagement.
What you’ll do
- Own features end-to-end: APIs, services, and responsive front ends aligned to agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate on cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, and automated testing suitable for client governance.
- Review code, reduce operational risk, and document decisions that affect production behaviour.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript ecosystems and at least one major backend framework.
- Comfort with relational databases, REST or GraphQL integrations, and secure authentication basics.
- Clear communication and evidence of leading delivery in hybrid or distributed teams.
Good to have
- Exposure to containers/Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, or platform observability.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments with change control.
