About the role
You will source, engage, and close technology candidates across India—balancing speed with quality and an inclusive candidate experience.
You work closely with hiring managers to refine profiles, calibrate interviews, and improve funnel metrics.
What you’ll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and related roles from intake to offer.
- Use ATS and sourcing channels effectively; maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
- Partner on employer branding touchpoints and structured feedback loops with candidates.
What we’re looking for
- Proven IT recruiting experience with structured screening and stakeholder management.
- Ability to read CVs for technical depth without relying only on keyword matching.
- Strong written English and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
